John Skalka is senior manager, customer service, for Hitachi Global Air Power. Skalka has been with the organization since 1998 and is directly responsible for the factory technical field service and training teams. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and resides in Michigan City, Indiana.
